JOIN AIGA DESIGN CLUB at TC3

Do you pour over handmade type on Pinterest?
Do you LOVE to draw?
Do you buy products just for the packaging?
Do you know why you should hate Comic Sans?
Do you have notebooks or walls filled with visual inspiration?
Do you make patterns or color groups with your food?

If you answered yes to any of the above you may be a designer. Designers should seek the company of other designers, we are not solitary creatures. Other designers push us, teach us and learn from us.

Come join the design community emerging at TC3. Get in on the ground floor and help be a founding member of a strong community of those of us who ruin menus, posters and logos for all of those who love us.

UPCOMING AIGA UPSTATE EVENT! AIGA UPSTATE DESIGN WEEK
Aaron Draplin Workshop: Doesn't get much better!

We would be affiliated with AIGA Upstate. I hope some of us can get together to attend the upcoming Design Week events Sept 21- 26 in Syracuse.

TC3 needs a presence in the design community. The best way to become a better designer is to interact with other designers and to learn to see through their creative and critical eyes. Looking at good design is the best way to develop your visual literacy, which also helps build your design skills. Learning to talk about design and exposing yourself to what is going on in the field is important to a designer's development.

I'm calling on TC3 Graphic Design students and ANY TC3 student who is interested in design to help me launch an AIGA club on campus.

WE WILL:
VOLUNTEER
EXPLORE
INSPIRE
FUNDRAISE
HAVE FUN

LEARN

If you are interested in forming a strong campus design community please contact me using the form below. Indicate if you'd like to hold a student leadership office.

Thank you! Lets build a community. Design benefits everyone! Think about that resume now! What you do during school matters when finding a job.
